The Victorian opposition wants to redirect hundreds of millions of dollars earmarked for Etihad Stadium's redevelopment in a deal between the state government and the AFL to community sporting grounds. Opposition Leader Matthew Guy says if the money has not yet been allocated or accepted by the AFL, he will scrap the deal if he becomes premier in November. AAP
