A father was allegedly high on drugs when he crashed a car outside a Sydney police station with his two small daughters in the back seat. Police say the 29-year-old driver narrowly missed hitting a male officer and a parked car before mounting the curb and stopping on the footpath outside the Mt Druitt cop shop at about 10.30pm on Saturday.
