An overnight shooting in Adelaide that left two men hospitalised is believed to be drug-related.
Police said between two to five shots were fired outside a house in Eynesbury Avenue in the southern suburb of Kingswood about 10:30pm (ACDT).
A 33-year-old-man and a man in his 40s both suffered gunshot wounds to the legs.
They were taken by ambulance to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Detective chief inspector Selena Dinning said the victims were known to police and were not cooperating.
"Crime scene officers are still at the scene, and we're asking for members of the public if they heard or saw anything to please come forward," she said.
She said a white Mitsubishi Magna sedan was seen to be leaving the area at the time of the shooting.
A local resident said he heard a car revving very loudly multiple times before the shooting.
He said people had previously joked that the residents were drug dealers because they often had expensive cars turning up in their driveway.
Another resident said he heard what he thought were firecrackers.
"We came out the front but it seemed a bit more sinister than that," he said.
"We called out to the neighbour and said, 'Are you all right, mate?'
"He said, 'No. I've been shot'."
The resident rang triple-0 and the ambulance arrived, followed by the police about 20 minutes later, he said.
Both residents said it was unlike anything the area had experienced in the past.
