US President Donald Trump has held a ceremony to praise the heroism of the crew and passengers of the fatal Southwest Airlines incident that took the life of a woman. The aircraft suffered engine failure at 30 thousand feet after a fan broke, sending shrapnel crashing into the side of the plane and breaking a window. Federal authorities have ordered inspections of the engines of similar Boeing 737s and other aircraft that use the same engines.
