Days after the discovery of a tobacco plantation almost three times the size of the MCG, Victorian police are yet to lay charges.
Two men, aged 66 and 61, were arrested on Thursday after the five hectare crop was discovered along with 4.2 tonnes of tobacco leaves and three guns at Dunnstown, near Ballarat.
Investigators on Monday appealed for public information to help their inquiry.
