The acquisitive Munro Footwear Group (MFG) is a step closer to a public float, after purchasing Fusion Retail Brands for an undisclosed price structured through an all scrip deal.
This is the seventh acquisition for MFG in the last decade and a strategic move that significantly expands the Melbourne-based footwear company’s retail footprint.
