Ingredients:
2 - 3 cups chopped cooked leftover chicken
250 ml frozen peas
100 ml chopped parsley
150 ml Fairview Full Fat yogurt
2 T gravy powder
100 ml chicken stock
1 roll puff pastry
1 egg
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together, except the puff pastry and the egg. Scoop into 2 - 4 ramekins and top with puff pastry circles. Brush the pastry with egg wash and bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown!
