Hello my friends! Every week I have been cooking recipes from Jamie's new book Jamie's Comfort Food. This week I made Spinach and Bacon Salad, here are the ingredients that you will need for this recipe:
FRIENDS: In the video I say tablespoons of Dijon mustard - it is 2 teaspoons
Serves 4
6 thick rashers of smoked streaky bacon
olive oil
2 heaped tablespoons pine nuts
12 x 1 cm-thick slices of French bread
6 medium pickled onions, plus 2 tablespoons pickling liquor
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard (sorry it's definitely teaspoons, in the video I say tablespoons....)
4 tablespoons quality extra virgin olive oil
4 large handfuls of baby spinach
1 handful of seasonal salad leaves
