I love this recipe from Jamie's new book - Jamie's Comfort Food. The added bonus is that you end up with some Chilli Confit and Chilli Oil at the end. Here are the ingredients for this recipe:

CHILLI OIL & CONFIT
10 long fresh red chillies
3 fresh bay leaves
1 bulb garlic
olive oil (500ml)
red or white wine vinegar
SPAGHETTI ARRABBIATA
chilli oil ( see above)
1 clove garlic
1 dried chilli
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
confit chilli and garlic (see above)
1 x 400g tin of quality plum tomatoes
320g dried spaghetti
1/2 bunch of fresh flat-leaf parsley (15g)
extra virgin olive oil
