Kale is a delicious vegetable that's rich in calcium and high in vitamin A. It's even easy to prepare, whether you steam or bake it. First, rinse and drain your kale and pat it dry. To prepare your kale, tear away the top stems. Next, tear or cut the leaves into bite size pieces. For steamed kale, add some leaves to a steamer basket and set in a skillet, cover and let steam for 5 minutes. Or try kale chips -- toss the leaves with oil, salt, and pepper, and arrange the leaves on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, turning the leaves once halfway through.
