Boil the juice, then remove it from the heat. Add dried apricots. Let them stand for 15 minutes, then drain the syrup. Process the softened apricots and half apricots until smooth. To bake a cake, add your basic ingredients. Pour the batter onto a griddle, and let it cook. Repeat this process with the remaining batter. When cooked, place one cake in the bottom of a pan.
