Watch as Better Homes and Gardens shows you how to stir fry vegetables. This can be done in either a wok or stainless steel skillet. Heat a wok on high heat, or until a bead of water vaporizes in one to two seconds. Cut all the vegetables in the same size and make sure they are dry before adding them to the heated wok. In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, and crushed red pepper. In another bowl, combine cherry and soy sauces, and set them aside. Coat the pan with peanut oil, add in ginger, and stir fry for 10 seconds. Add in carrots and stir fry for one minute, and then add green beans and stir fry for another minute. Add in the cherry mixture, and stir fry the vegetables until the liquid is absorbed. Finally, remove the wok from the heat and add in cabbage and cook for 30 seconds or until it's lightly wilted. Serve with the peanut sauce and chopped eggs.
