Roll out the dough for the bottom of the tart so that it's a little bit larger than the sheet pan and freeze it for about 20 minutes. This way, when you go to bake this 4th of July food, the dough won't shrink. Toss fresh raspberries and blueberries with some sugar and ClearJel, which will act as a thickener for these 4th of July desserts.
