The Forward Fold is a great stretch in your back and hamstrings! For your dog they're in for a total treat because this will give them a full body stretch!
To start have both feet close together with good posture. Start the pose with a great deep breathe and rise your arms up. Fold forward and grab your dog from the ground. Grab underneath their front legs under their armpits. Use the dog as a weight to pull your body forward! Hold for just a moment and exhale while letting the dog release. Roll your body up OR roll your arms up and end with an exhale.
