IT was home to Audrey Hepburn when she played Holly Golightly in classic 1961 movie Breakfast at Tiffanys and now $10.04 million it has found a new owner.

The New York brownstone on the Upper East Side has sold three times since 2008.

It was listed for $13.5 million in 2014 with the price reduced to $10.8 million in late 2014.

Marketing agent Asher Alcobi of Peter Ashe Real Estate confirmed it has now sold for $10.04 million.

It has four-bedrooms, five bathrooms. The upper levels include a living room, staircase, dining room and renovated kitchen.

The house at 169 East 71st Street is 353sq m.
