It was listed for $13.5 million in 2014 with the price reduced to $10.8 million in late 2014.
Marketing agent Asher Alcobi of Peter Ashe Real Estate confirmed it has now sold for $10.04 million.
The exterior of the building featured prominently in the movie Audrey Hepburn and George Peppard standing on the steps.
