A 10-year-old girl has been rescued by firefighters after falling down a manhole in Canberra on Saturday afternoon.
She fell more than two metres when after the manhole lid gave way as she was walking along O'Reilly Street in Macgregor.
Firefighters were called to the scene just before 2.30pm. ACT Ambulance also attended the scene, however the girl was not taken to hospital.
No injuries were reported. The girl was taken home by her father.
