The New York Daily News reports that Cyrus has moved on from her failed relationship with Patrick Schwarzenegger in March and into the arms of model Stella Maxwell.

“They hold hands and hug and are very comfortable together. They’re definitely together,” said a source.

Cyrus has been travelling with Maxwell to the South by Southwest festival in Austin, Texas and also to Las Vegas.

The pair have also been posting a lot of images of each other on their social media accounts, including one that Cyrus shared of the women and a pretend child.

Maxwell’s star is on the rise having just become a Victoria’s Secret Angel this year. The 25-year-old was born in the UK, lived in Canberra for a year before her family settled in New Zealand.

Maxwell joked to V magazine that she met Cyrus on gay hook-up site Grindr.

However the love between the pair is hard to ignore — in March, Maxwell came to check on Cyrus after she got her wisdom teeth removed.

Cyrus recently told Paper magazine that she is bisexual, a fact she confessed to her mum, Tish, when she was 14.

“I’ve had (relationships with women), but people never really looked at it, and I never brought it into the spotlight,” she said. “I am literally open to every single thing that is consenting and doesn’t involve an animal and everyone is of age. Everything that’s legal, I’m down with. Yo, I’m down with any adult — anyone over the age of 18 who is down to love me. I don’t relate to being boy or girl, and I don’t have to have my partner relate to boy or girl.”

Cyrus was previously engaged to Australian Liam Hemsworth before they called it quits.
