SUPERMODEL Cara Delevingne has opened up about her sexuality and struggle with depression in an interview with Vogue.
The “it†girl turned actor said would scratch herself “to the point of bleedingâ€, take drugs, slam her head “against a tree to try to knock myself outâ€, and had contemplated suicide.
“I just wanted to end it. I had a way, and it was right there in front of me,†Delevingne told Vogue.

“And I was like, I need to decide whether I love myself as much as I love the idea of death.â€
The Paper Towns star, 22, also confirmed her relationship with singer St Vincent in the interview with US Vogue.
“I think that being in love with my girlfriend is a big part of why I’m feeling so happy with who I am these days,†Delevingne said.
“And for those words to come out of my mouth is actually a miracle.â€

The Chanel and Burberry muse has previously been linked to Harry Styles and dated Michelle Rodriguez.
“It took me a long time to accept the idea, until I first fell in love with a girl at 20 and recognized that I had to accept it,†Delevingne said.
“Women are what completely inspire me, and they have also been my downfall.
“I have only been hurt by women, my mother first of all,†she added, referring to her mother Pandora’s heroin addiction.

Hollywood has embraced Delevingne’s move from catwalk to screen, with the model — known for her trademark eyebrows and Instagram feed (she has more than 13 million followers) — due to appear in seven movies, including The Face of an Angel, Kids in Love and Tulip Fever, and is shooting Suicide Squad alongside Margot Robbie and Jared Leto in Canada.
Delevingne be in Australia next month for the premiere of Paper Towns, based on the novel by The Fault In Our Stars writer John Green.
