A merger of shopping centre operators Federation Centres and the Novion Property Group is expected to be implemented on June 11, after the NSW Supreme Court approved the merger on Friday.
“All conditions for the merger to proceed have been satisfied,†Federation Centres said in a statement.
Federation Centres and Novion plan to merge to create an $11 billion company with 91 shopping centres across Australia.
