According to TopTenRealEstateDeals J Lo bought the property for the equivalent of about AUD $10.7 million in 2010.

It is close to other celebrity homeowners including Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, Jessica Simpson and LeAnn Rimes.

The home has nine bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms with the master bedroom taking up the whole second floor of the south wing of the home.

It has a sitting room with a fireplace, a private terrace and two walk-in wardrobes.

The main section of the house has a large kitchen and formal rooms.
