TWO people have died following separate crashes in Sydney's southwest overnight.
POLICE say that at about 11.30pm on Friday a car and a motorcycle collided on Marion Street in Bankstown.
The 16-year-old male motorcycle rider was treated by ambulance paramedics but died at the scene while the 44-year-old car driver and his 30-year-old passenger were not injured. The driver was taken to Bankstown Hospital for mandatory blood and urine testing. At around 1.45am on Saturday emergency services were called to Mount Hercules Road in Razorback, near Camden, following a head-on collision between two cars. The passenger of one car, a man believed to be aged in his 20s, died at the scene. The driver of the car, also aged in his 20s, was taken by ambulance to Liverpool Hospital with critical injuries. The male driver and female passenger in the other car, also aged in their 20s, were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Investigations into both crashes are continuing.
