A RUGBY player was denied a certain try after his shameless showboating went horribly wrong.
In the Pro12 rugby competition in Europe, Treviso’s Kiwi scrum-half Henry Seniloli thought he was about to bag a glorious try.
Running in with no-one in front of him to beat, Seniloli looked back to taunt Scarlets player, Scott Williams. Bad call.
Williams chased him down and force a knock-on right at the tryline.
The try would have extended his team’s lead, who were cruising at 13-3 at the time, but instead the missed opportunity cost Treviso the game.
The Scarlets would rally to win the match, 17-13.
Stay humble, Seniloli.
