ACCUSED balcony killer Gable Tostee’s has faced court today after an adjournment last October.

Tostee spent three months behind bars after charges were applied, but the alleged murderer was granted bail in November, and has been living in his parents’ home adhering to strict conditions imposed by a Brisbane court.

He is required to abstain from alcohol and stay off Tinder, the dating app that brought him and 26-year-old Ms Wright together just hours before she died.

The self-confessed playboy who boasted of bedding more than 150 women returns to court after the unusual move of sacking his high profile lawyers just days before his appearance.

Tostee was originally represented by high-profile Gold Coast firm Potts Lawyer, but later enlisted high profile Brisbane barrister Terry O’Gorman.

Just last week it emerged the accused killer had taken representation from a new lesser known lawyer, Nick Dore from Fisher Dore, the Gold Coast Bulletin reports.

Meanwhile, detectives determined to pursue a murder charge are working together with Tinder executives in the US to gather evidence.

Tostee’s mobile phone and computer have already been seized as evidence, and a three-hour audio recording from a mobile phone detailing the moments leading up to the New Zealand tourist’s death will form a key part of the prosecution’s case.

Tostee was also facing charges of obstructing police, public nuisance and motor vehicle offences which were also adjourned to today’s date.

The accused did not speak during the brief appearance where his lawyer request a further adjournment.

His case was adjourned to March 13 where it is scheduled to appear in the same court.
