“She had her twins” a source tells The Mirror

The baby boys are the couple’s first children together and they “are both so excited.”

“They are surrounded by family and friends. All that matters now to Zoe and her husband is that the babies are healthy.”

After sharing news of her pregnancy during the US summer, the Saldana-Perego twins were born at a Los Angeles hospital overnight.

The actor and artist married in June 2013 in a secret ceremony in London after just three months of dating and annouced the preganancy a month later.

The couple has remained mum on their son’s names. In October the Guardians of the Galaxy actor said they were still mulling over monikers.

The new mum, 36, shared on Ellen that her and Perego’s parents had been leaving her voicemails with baby name suggestions ranging from Rocco and Giovanni to Luigi and Antonio Ramon.

“We’re kind of hippie. We want it to be like, Lavender,” she added. “We just want them to be healthy.”

Don’t think Lavender will go down too well in the playground with the boys.

Zoe says she will bring her children up to be multi-lingual.

They will speak both English and Spanish as her mother is from Puerto Rico.
