INDIA now has a strong chance of winning the first Test against Australia after dominating the second session in Adelaide.
The tourists sat at 2-205 at the tea break, requiring 159 runs from the final 39 overs to pull off what would be a famous victory. Captain Virat Kohli was not out on 82, while opener Murali Vijay was unbeaten on 85.

CLARKE LEAVES FIELD WITH HAMSTRING INJURY
No side in Adelaide Test history has scored more than 315 runs in the fourth innings to win a Test here.
It was an impressive session for India. The only real chance for a wicket was a sharp catch hammered by Vijay to Mitchell Marsh at short cover in the countdown to tea, but the stretching all-rounder failed to grasp the opportunity.
But the moment of the session came when Michael Clarke went down with a hamstring injury and hobbled from the ground.
The injury was to his right leg - not the left hamstring that had clouded his series preparation - and the skipper was taken for scans.
