The arrest comes only days after the “high-stakes poker player” and playboy was banned from a Miami nightclub for allegedly kicking a woman in the face, months after he threw a porn star off his roof into a pool.

The “King of Instagram” was arrested at LAX late Tuesday and held without bail before charges were dropped just after 1pm Wednesday.

Bilzerian has been charged with violating a law making it a crime to possess an explosive or incendiary device with the intent to manufacture it, TMZ reports.

KTLA reports the occasional actor and Hollywood stuntman’s arrest warrant had been outstanding since last year.

Bilzerian was seen walking into his lavish Hollywood Hills home on Wednesday afternoon following his release.

Earlier this week, footage emerged of Bilzerian at LV Nightclub in Miami, Florida, where he was celebrating his 34th birthday and allegedly assaulted a woman.

He was filmed dancing on a podium before he was seen kicking a woman below him.

Footage of the alleged assault was published online by US gossip website The Dirty.com.

The Dirty.com’s reporter Nik Richie posted the footage to Instagram with a caption saying: “This will probably make @danbilzerian more famous but I really don’t care. He got kicked out of a famous Miami nightclub last night for assaulting a woman. This idiot kicked a woman in the face like it was no big deal. It’s sad when you think you’re invincible to society.”

TMZ.com reported the woman told police she did not want to press charges so they left the club, and that sources close to Bilzerian said a group of women swarmed the stage and Bilzerian kicked someone who was blocking a woman he was trying to help onto the podium.

With 5.6 million Instagram followers, Bilzerian a.k.a. “Blitz” has become popular on social media for promoting his luxurious, playboy lifestyle.

His acting and stuntman roles have also landed him fame, starring in “Olympus Has Fallen,” starring Gerard Butler and Morgan Freeman, as well as Lone Survivor starring Mark Wahlberg; The Equalizer, starring Denzel Washington; and The Other Woman, starring Cameron Diaz and Kate Upton.

The two incidents this week come after a porn star threatened to sue the millionaire playboy for throwing her off the roof of his mansion in Los Angeles.

Janice Griffith, 19, was at Bilzerian’s home for a Hustler photoshoot when he grabbed her by the crotch.

He tried to throw her off the roof headfirst and into a pool. She happened to be naked at the time.

Bilzerian missed his target, causing Griffith to smack her foot against the side of the pool and break it.
