A Dutch homeowner selling his house who was keen to make it a bit of fun, has built a roller coaster which runs throughout the home.

Those wishing to inspect sit in a carriage and are taken on a ride throughout the house, including a slow climb to an upper level before soaring out of the house and through the back yard.

Visitors to the home at 12 Schoolweg, Ermelo are also taken past the kitchen, through a set of French doors and across the back patio.

According to its online listing the home has five bedrooms and one bathroom and is listed for about $965,000.
