DERRYN Hinch has sprayed Yumi Stynes and “blinkered mothers who use public places as toilet stops for their kidsâ€, sparking a war of words as nappygate continues to erupt.
Hinch exploded on his blog, Human Headline, titling the rant Not a Yumi Mummy, after Stynes took six-month-old daughter Mercy to the red carpet premiere of Paddington wearing nothing but a nappy.

DAVID CAMPBELL: YUMI STYNES TAKES SIX-MONTH-OLD TO RED CARPET IN A NAPPY
David Campbell was the first to declare “it’s weirdâ€, but Hinch took it to another level.
Questioning whether Stynes was “suffering from attention deficit syndromeâ€, Hinch said his main objection was hygiene.
“She was wearing only a nappy. The daughter - not Stynes. Although nothing would surprise me,†Hinch sprayed.
“Maybe Yumi doesn’t mind if bubba poos on her cowboy boots, but other people might object to the side spray.
“And, if I seem intolerant of such public behaviour, maybe it’s because I’m sick of selfish, blinkered mothers, using public areas as toilet stops for kids.â€
Stynes was quick to react on Twitter, saying it was hurtful and inaccurate.
“Apparently dear old Derryn Hinch is trash-talking me. I’d ask a listener what he said but I don’t know anyone that old!†Stynes wrote.
“In other news, my delightful and fat baby learnt to crawl today! Yay. Xxâ€
Stynes, a radio and television presenter, and mother of three children, made headlines two years ago after making disparaging comments about SAS Corporal Ben Roberts-Smith on a television talk show.
She later said: “I’m really sorry. I didn’t mean to offend anybody.â€
