Colliers International has appointed former CBRE executive, Susan Etches, to head its retail management team in Victoria as its shopping centre portfolio continues to expand.

Etches previously worked for CBRE as head of large format retail management – Victoria, and has more than 12 years’ experience in asset management, property construction, and development.

“Based in our Melbourne CBD office, Susan’s role will be to head up our retail managements here in Victoria which include,” Mr Whitelegg said.

“This includes Endeavour Hills Shopping Centre, Sunshine Plaza, Bendigo Marketplace, Home Central, Shepparton, and the Lascorp portfolio.

“We are excited to have Susan join our growing retail management team. Her appointment is a reflection of the continued expansion of our shopping centre management portfolio in the last six months, which now sees us managing over 100 centres nationally.”
