But now Katie Price, known as Jordan when a topless model and wife of Peter Andre, has gone under the knife for a seventh time.

But this time her 34FF sized breasts have been reduced by five cup sizes, to her more original 32B size from nearly 20 years ago.

“I’m tiny. For the first time in 20 years when I walk in a room people don’t look at my boobs, they look at my face,” Price, who is worth an estimated $85 million (£45M), said at the launch of her latest perfume, the Mirror reported.

The tweets above appears to show that 36-year-old Price, a successful businesswoman, then returned to Brussels for more work on reducing her breasts.

The mother-of-five told The Sun that her nine-year-old son is worried that she will no longer be a pin-up.

Price said: “Junior went, ‘Oh my god, Mum! What have you done?’ “He said, ‘Where have your boobs gone?’ “I said, ‘Junior it’s a new me.”

Price, who has been married three times and had fifth child, a daughter Bunny, four months ago, showed off her post-pregnancy figure in a tight black bodysuit at the launch of her latest perfume. But her breasts were kept covered.

“Katie has told friends she had got sick of carrying around her ­enormous boobs and decided enough was enough,” a friend told the Mirror.

“She was fed up of constantly having to have her clothes made to measure and has wanted to be able to buy high street clothes without hassle for years.

“The reduction is huge and instantly visible. People will be able to see it straight away.

“For a long time Katie has felt she was more recognisable for her breasts than anything else but she wants to shake that image off a little.

“She’s also a serious ­businesswoman and ­entrepreneur. She felt the boobs were holding her back a bit from that image.

“On top of that, her ­pregnancies and childbirth had begun to have an impact on them. The time was just right.”

Price had her first breast implants when aged 19 with her natural 32B bust enhanced to 32D. Then in 1999, she underwent further surgery to boost her breasts to 32DD.

Her third treatment of silicone implants saw her breast size go to a G cup in 2000. Her fourth enhancement took her to an enormous 32GG.

When she met Andre in 2007, she had another operation — her fifth — to reduce them to a 32FF cup. Then she had another operation after complaining her breasts were too far apart.

Now, after the birth of Bunny, she has returned to her natural size of 32C. Before the operation, she tweeted a picture of her slimline silicone pads, nicknaming them Billy and Bob.

Price has reconciled her marriage to third husband, Kieran Hayler, a builder and part-time stripper, after he admitted having sex with two of her closest friends. She cares for all her children — Harvey, 12, from a past relationship with former footballer Dwight Yorke, Junior, nine, and Princess Tiaamii, seven, from her marriage to Andre, and Jett, 15 months, and three-month-old Bunny with Kieran.
