A MAN has been accused of brutally murdering his stepdaughter then filming himself having sex with her dead body.
Prosecutors say a video confirms that 53-year-old Gregory R Graf killed Jessica Padgett so he could have sex with her corpse.
The Mirror reports that Graf told police on the day he was charged with murder that he wanted to sleep with her and did so after she was dead.

The shocking killing happened in Allen Township, Philadelphia on November 21.
Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli said he had authorised the filing of an abuse-of-corpse charge against Graf, meaning he won’t be able to seek the death penalty because the alleged sexual abuse occurred after Padgett was killed.
Philly.com said that Morganelli declined to discuss what the video showed, other than to say Graf committed a variety of sexual acts against Padgett.
It’s believed Graf had a marijuana-growing operation that police discovered as they searched for his stepdaughter.
Graf has been remanded in custody until his next court appearance.
