NORTH Queensland rugby league star Michael Morgan has put his swanky Townsville apartment on the market.
The Cowboys skipper has listed the two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit at 302/69 Palmer St, South Townsville with a $570,000 price tag.
Records show Morgan paid $465,000 for the property in 2014.
Descripted as a “charming apartment”, the 131 sqm property has views over the marina to the city and back out to the coastline from its large balcony.
It’s within easy walking distance of the many wining and dining options of the popular Palmer Street precinct, and very handy to the new North Queensland Stadium.
The apartment has quality inclusions, such as Miele appliances and stone bench tops in the kitchen, as well as an internal European laundry.
The basement offers a secure parking space and storage cage.
The high-end apartment complex has a pool, gym, security cameras and onsite managers.
Records show Morgan also owns a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house in the Townsville suburb of North Ward, which he bought for $680,000 in 2016.
