FULL INTERVIEW: Board Member of Venues NSW and former Wallabies captain Phil Kearns says 'the whole fan experience has been central' to the design and construction of Sydney's new Bankwest Stadium. The stadium opened in April this year and is located in Parramatta in Sydney's western suburbs. It will soon host music icon Sir Elton John on the final stop on the Australian-New Zealand leg of his 'Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour' next March. Speaking with Business of Sport host Tim Gilbert, Mr Kearns says stadiums 'are not only for sport anymore, they're also for entertainment'.
