Leading interior designer Andrew Parr is selling his vibrant Prahran home.

The SJB director transformed the Victorian house at 67 Greville St into a colourful creation, and has listed it with a $2.3-$2.4 million price guide.

Standout features include a pastel pink hallway and a bold kitchen with a bright green floor.

The vibrant three-bedroom house, which the award-winning designer has owned since 2009, won the Dulux Colour Award in 2010 and was also featured in Vogue magazine.

Another of Mr Parr’s properties, in Blairgowrie, was also judged best large residence by the International Interior Design Association in 2017.

Marshall White Stonnington agent Fraser Cahill would not comment on the owner. But he said the property had an unusual sense of privacy, despite being in the heart of Prahran.

“There’s a hedge at the front which means you can’t really see the house … and the backyard is a complete oasis too,” Mr Cahill said.

“It’s a unique, bold house that gets fantastic natural light and its style really suits the area.”

Another interior designer, Lynda Gardener, sold her stylish St Kilda studio at 1/1 Burnett St for $361,000 on Saturday, June 15.

Ms Gardener — known for chic interiors and her homewares store — sold the pad so she could enhance her sixth boutique accommodation property in Daylesford.

The St Kilda pad was her first property purchase 25 years ago.
