Indonesian authorities have recovered the cockpit voice recorder from the Lion Air passenger plane that crashed into the Java Sea last October. Authorities hope data contained in the cockpit voice recorder, one of two of the aircraft's “black boxes,”will help investigators uncover the cause of the crash. Eight crew members and 181 passengers were killed when the two-month-old jet crashed off the coast of Indonesia shortly after take-off.
