The Hacksaw Ridge actor was arrested for driving under the influence, according to TMZ.

The incident happened around 4am. Sunday in Manhattan Beach, California, the New York Post reports.

Insiders told the gossip site that Vaughn, 48, was taken into custody at a routine checkpoint set up by local police.

he was given a bail of $5,000.00.

It’s unclear when he’ll be released.

A request for comment from Vaughn’s team wasn’t immediately returned.

Manhattan Beach police couldn’t immediately provide more details.
