June and July: People are already booking a year in advance and some places offer price freezes so you can get the beds you want, when you want, in 2019, at 2018 prices.
Book up to a year in advance for the best ski holiday bargains.
November: Book your cheapest accommodation now (really early bird).
December 26-31: Boxing Day to New Year's Day gives you a second chance to book cheap accommodation rates.
Mid-February: the cheapest accommodation will be snapped up by now, so think "shoulder" (June and September) instead.
