24 HOURS INSIDE YOUR BODY
8.35pm, SBS
This is not, unfortunately, a Fantastic Voyage documentary about our insides, but rather a lightweight British medico show designed to shock us into better lifestyle habits. The not so "extraordinary" experiment sees a man and a woman wired up with heart and brain monitors and the like that record their intake, out-take, sleep patterns and stress levels. The causes of courier Dave's fatigue and hairdresser Charlotte's headaches won't come as a surprise.

The well 'ard chef gives as good as he gets when personalities clash in the Bristol Prison kitchen. But Ramsay's bark turns out to be worse than his bite. He goes out on a limb with the guards to improve his charges' conditions, and out of his way to boost their flattened self-esteem. Without being gratuitous, this ultimately feel-good show should broaden perceptions of those doing time.
