THE identity of a man admitted to a Melbourne hospital without any form of identification remains a mystery weeks later.
The unidentified man arrived at the hospital without a wallet or documentation weeks ago and hospital staff still have not been able to communicate with him.

Police hope to establish who the man is so doctors can give him the appropriate medical care.
The mystery man is described as average height and build with grey hair, blue eyes and a beard.
