A RAPPER and member of notorious LA gang, The Crips, has claimed Kanye West issued a restraining order against him earlier this week.

The alleged legal action was in response to Daz Dillinger’s since-deleted video calling for members of his gang to “f**k Kanye up” on sight if he stepped foot in California.

“Yo national alert, all the Crips out there, y’all f**k Kanye up,” he said.

“Better not ever see you in concert. Better not ever see you around the LBC [Long Beach, California]. Better not ever see you around California.”

The cousin of Snoop Dogg and a member of the hip hop group Tha Dogg Pound warned Kanye to “stay in Calabasas” — the city in Los Angeles County where Kanye lives with wife Kim Kardashian and their children North, Saint and Chicago.

“All the Crips out there — you see him, bang on his a**, f**k his a** up,” he said.

Following the video, Dillinger posted to Snapchat saying Kanye West had taken legal action on him following his Instagram post.

“Kanye put a restraining order on me,” he said. “F**k Kanye, I appreciate it.”

Dillinger’s claims seemed to hold some merit, with Kanye West photographed with a beefed-up security detail following the “Crip alert”.

The precaution would make sense given The Crips are one of the largest and most violent associations of street gangs in the world, with more than 55,000 members estimated in 2008.

Crips have long been involved in murders, robberies and drug dealing, among other crimes.

The Crips also has an ongoing and bitter rivalry with another LA street gang known as The Bloods.

Since the video, Dillinger has come in the crosshairs of cops who told TMZ they had detectives looking at the video to determine if there’s a “prosecutable crime”.

The rapper and producer has also shared his first-hand experience of increased attention the video has brought from police, sharing an Instagram video showing a swarm of cop cars around him.

“Muthaf***in’ police just stopped me … asked me about this Kanye West s**t,” he said.

“Look how many muthaf***in’ police it is, but luckily I’m blessed. I ain’t got s**t on me so f**k you. I handle business.”

Dillinger quickly turned his attention to the Kardashians, with a message at the end of the video.

“Let the smashin’ and the Dashin’ begin — The Dashians,” he said. “Kris [Jenner] did you call the police on me? I’m out of here, f**k y’all.”

The legal action and police attention has done very little to slow down the rapper’s attacks, with Dillinger announcing his new self-produced single titled, “F K U #F***KANYEUP.”

In another video, posted early Thursday, Dillinger also adressed Kayne’s beefed up security.

“Who gives a f**k about a security guard, I am security, you know what I mean,” he said.

“I didn’t say I was going to put a hit out on you, I didn’t say I was going to kill you, I used street terminology, we’re going to f**k you up and bang on you,” he said.

Rapper 50 Cent has also spoken on the beef, reposting a screen capture of Daz with a caption sharing his own two cents.

“What the f**k is going on Bro, Daz told the Crips to f**k Kanye up. Crips vs Kardashians. Get the strap,” he wrote.

Since the barrage of abuse, Kanye has remained relatively quite except for one appearance on TMZ where he said he “loved the Crips and loved Daz”.

The news comes as Kanye found himself in hot water for declaring that centuries of living under slavery was a choice made by African-Americans and for his support of President Donald Trump.
