LIVE coverage: The Brumbies returned to the winners list last week against the Reds, but now they’re faced with one of the hardest tasks in Super Rugby — beating the Highlanders in New Zealand.

It’s been 33 matches since an Australian Super Rugby side beat a trans-Tasman rival.

The last time an Australian side beat New Zealand opposition was when the Waratahs beat the Chiefs in round 14, 2016.

The Brumbies do have history on their side at Forsyth Barr Stadium though, having beaten the Highlanders 30-19 in their only clash at the venue back in 2013.
