Hundreds of thousands of people have swarmed to Sydney's Royal Easter Show across the long weekend, with families enjoying the sunny skies and unseasonably warm weather.
More than 128,000 people attended the show at Sydney Olympic Park on Good Friday as temperatures soared to 32 degrees.
The crowds exceeded the predicted number of attendees by 14,000, said Roger White, spokesman for the Royal Easter Show.
Good Friday is usually the show's busiest day, and while not quite reaching the one-day record - which is around 174,000 people - yesterday's crowd was "well above what was expected", Mr White said.
Temperatures in Sydney's CBD reached 29 degrees on Friday, about five degrees above the average for March, according to Weatherzone.
