Four of the five people accused of an attack on a Brisbane man, who was allegedly shoved off a third-storey balcony, have been released on bail.
The group have been charged with attempted murder, with the victim Mitchell King smashing into the concrete below his Bowen Hills apartment on the afternoon of February 24.
He suffered a broken jaw, ribs, arms, a fractured knee and lost teeth.
Police say Bradley Keleher, Michael James Fountain, Rikki Dean Page and Matthew James Cox allegedly cornered Mr King on his balcony, accusing him of ripping off Simone Cox to the tune of $3,500 in a drug deal.
The Brisbane Magistrates Court heard after the alleged rort, Ms Cox told the men and they drove to the unit and forced their way in.
Police accused Mr Keleher of throttling Mr King, 22, and pushing him against a balcony rail.
"He was so far over the balcony railing due to this pressure to the throat that he lost his balance," prosecutor Mark Hughes told the court.
Mr Keleher, 35, was denied bail.
However the other four co-accused, aged between 35 and 39, were released on bail on Friday afternoon.
The group, who were arrested on Thursday, are also facing charges of acts intended to maim, entering premises with intent, grievous bodily harm and deprivation of liberty.
