A woman who was punched in a highly publicised road rage incident on the NSW Central Coast last year has entered a guilty plea for throwing nails and a chisel at another car.

Bianca Sams pleaded guilty in Wyong Local Court to four charges including intentionally throwing an object at a vehicle and damaging property.

The video of the 22-year-old being punched in the face went viral on social media in July in 2017.

Clint Pollard, 44, received a three-year good behaviour bond and $900 fine after pleading guilty to assault last month.

Ms Sams was accompanied by her father in court, and said nothing, as her solicitor entered guilty pleas to intentionally throwing an object at a vehicle risking safety, having part of her body outside the window and two counts of damaging property.

Ms Sams was a passenger in her friend's car when the incident occurred at Lake Munmorah.

Police said when the speed limit went from 80 kilometres per hour to 60kph, Mr Pollard slowed down and the young women overtook his vehicle before braking harshly.

Ms Sams is recorded hanging out of the passenger side window throwing galvanised nails at Mr Pollard's car.

When the cars stopped at a red light, Ms Sams got out of the car and according to a witness, mouthed "come and get me" to Mr Pollard in a taunting manner.

At that point Mr Pollard got out of his vehicle and punched Ms Sams on the left side of her jaw.

She later threw a chisel at his car, smashing the driver's side mirror.

Her solicitor described the case as "bizarre" and told the court she would pay $1,358.20 in compensation for damage caused to Mr Pollard's car.

Police facts referred to numerous comments made by the accused on her Facebook page following the incident.

"I was throwing nails at his car," she wrote, "I smashed his window he should of hit me harder."

Magistrate Mick Morahan ordered a full pre-sentence report and adjourned the matter.
