An undetonated World War II bomb was found in Sydney Harbour on Wednesday.
Two divers made the discovery while looking for old glassware.
Police were called to the scene near Jones Bay, west of the CBD, at 1pm.
The former industrial waterfront is now surrounded by the multi-million luxury apartments.
As a precautionary measure an exclusion zone was established and military personnel inspect and retrieve the item.
Police told Business Insider that the bomb was deemed to be no risk to the public and taken away by the Australian Defence Force.
