A horrifying punch-on between two girls at a Melbourne school was not the first incident of fighting on campus, sources have reported.
Mobile phone video captured students cheering as the girls wrestled and punched each other at St Helena’s Secondary College in Eltham North yesterday afternoon.
“Holy s—t, Connor McGregor is getting f----d up, oh s—t,” an onlooker can be heard shouting.

The footage appeared to show one girl losing consciousness as she was choked while shoved up against the school lockers.
A 14-year-old girl was taken to hospital after the altercation, which is now being investigated by police.
It remains unclear what led to the vicious schoolyard brawl, but no charges have been laid.
The students have been blurred by 9NEWS to protect their identity.
A mother of one of the girls told 3AW'S Neil Mitchell yesterday’s brawl followed a similar incident on Monday.
Another source told 9NEWS their daughters had to move schools as a result of chronic fighting at the school.
Police said they have spoken to the parties involved and their parents.
The school’s acting principal, Anesti Anestis, said appropriate disciplinary action would follow after yesterday’s brawl.
"There is no place for incidents like this at our school," Mr Anestis said in a statement.
"It is disappointing and does not reflect the behaviour of the overwhelming majority of our students.
"Neither student was seriously injured and one was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure and has since been released."
