A MAN’S body has been pulled from St Kilda Marina this afternoon.
A passer-by made the grisly discovery, with several people pulling the body from the water — which was submerged opposite the marina — before police arrived just before 1.30pm.

The grim find has occurred amid the 2018 St Kilda Festival, which is being held nearby.
The cause of the death is yet to be determined.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
