A concrete truck has crashed into at least five cars before smashing into the wall of a factory on Brisbane's southside.
The male driver was trapped in the wreckage and paramedics said he was the only patient who required further treatment at hospital despite the carnage.
Emergency services were called to the industrial estate off Boundary Road in Coopers Plains about 1pm.
A police spokeswoman said the Forensic Crash Unit was investigating and looking into whether the driver suffered a medical incident behind the wheel.
The driver was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital conscious and in a stable condition.
Paramedics assessed several other patients at the scene but none required transport to hospital.
Fire crews inspected the damage to the factory but the building did not need structural support.
Workplace Health and Safety Queensland has been advised.
