A 22-year-old woman has died from injuries sustained in a car crash in Brisbane's south one week ago.

The woman was a passenger in a car that mounted the curb and a struck power pole in Sunnybank at around 6.10pm last Friday.

She was treated at the scene before being taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital, where she died on Thursday evening, police have confirmed.
