Former Glee actor Mark Salling has agreed to serve between four and seven years in prison, after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography.
Salling, who played high school footballer Noah "Puck" Puckerman in the hit television show, admitted he possessed images of prepubescent children, a plea agreement filed in federal court in Los Angeles stated.
The agreement said a search warrant found more than 50,000 images of child pornography on Salling's computer and a thumb drive.
Prosecutors and Salling agreed to ask a judge to sentence the actor to a prison term between four to seven years.
He will also be required to register as a sex offender, pay restitution and abide by restrictions on where he can live.
Salling's lawyer Michael Proctor did not immediately respond to request for comment.
